Double speed chain conveyor is suitable for material transportation in assembly and processing lines. The working principle is via increasing its speed to drive the tooling plates fast, then throng the stopper to stop in the appropriate position. In this case, workers can complete their working process fastly. The guide rails are customized to adopt the extruded aluminium alloy profiles with surface treatment. These could increase its stability and durability, which can be suitable for continuous and mass production.

The picture is a case of up-down double speed chain assembly line. Workers feed materials at the end of the up assembly line and the finished products continuously drawn off at the other end. And the lower section of the chain is only for returning the empty tooling plates.
