Equipment Characteristics

For H-beam welding production line, it can be divided into semi-automatic H beam welding production line and automatic H beam welding production line.

1. Semi-automatic beam welding production line is composed of individual machines.

2. Automatic H-beam welding production line is composed by all the individual machines (H beam welding machine will adopts 4 sets of column beam welding machines instead of gantry type H beam welding machine).

3. Besides the above mentioned machines, there is some assistant machines like overturning machine, steel conveying machine, and roller conveyor, to work together to make overturning, and conveying of the workpiece during the production, so there is no need the overhead crane in the production line, that is also we called heavy duty H beam welding production line.
